The much awaited Winter 2011 classes are now online. Thanks for your patience. Click here for the schedule. I could not be more ready to be back in the kitchen teaching. And speaking of the kitchen, all of the construction is finished – yay!!! We still have our countertops to go, but the rest is complete. (It’s an ongoing debate – honed granite or soapstone?) Wow, has it changed my life, but I’ll write a post about that later.
So get your calendars out, decide how many times I get to see you in the near future, and let’s get to COOKING!
