My husband and I (well mostly him) have shed lots of sweat getting our backyard into good shape. A couple weeks ago, we washed the windows – inside and out – so this is the view I wake up to each morning. I love it!

Thanks paloma! We really like it. We’re getting ready to do a bunch of structural work to it – take off the Spanish tile roof, redo the underlayment, put the roof back on, take off the porch, pour all new concrete and fix a bunch of stucco. It’s going to be worth it in the end. I’ll post before and afters. Thanks for your kind words!
