Winter 2019 Cooking Class

Pie making is so gratifying for you and your lucky pie eaters.

Dusting things off in the kitchen with my newly organized pantry, and ready to do some teaching. Pie class is such a popular class in November that I had to turn a few away since the classes filled up. I realize this is fairly last minute notice that Pie class is in a few days, but sometimes last minute ends up working out better for people’s schedules anyway. See the

Also making a reappearance is Randy & my Fat Tuesday cooking class. We skipped last year, however, this has been an eight or nine year tradition. A lot of people take it year after year because it’s delicious and entertaining. The Hurricanes probably don’t hurt attendance, either.

Considering teaching another class in February. I need to get my schedule ironed out a little bit, and I will likely add a class. For now, I wanted to get these two options up, in case they interest you. This year, I’m shooting to teach a class each month. Obviously I’m pushing the January one – but hey, January 31st is still January.
