Let’s gather there and have a spring lunch. A girl can dream while she’s in her office. I was drawn to this image because of the gorgeous, luscious blooms and the cafe chairs. I’ve been lusting after cafe chairs for my kitchen. Add it to my mile long wish list of home decor.
Back on topic! Spring cooking classes are live for your viewing pleasure. You’ll see I’ve packed a lot of them in over the next month. January and February historically have been slower months for classes, however, 2016 has proven that theory wrong. Lots of private classes, many, many new faces and many fun cooking times!
You’ll notice I’ve bumped my Cooking 101 Series to May – June. It’s 6 week series and will be each Tuesday starting on May 3rd and ending on June 7th. If you’d like more information on that, please feel free to call me. You’ll learn how to build a kitchen with necessary equipment, tools, safe knife skills, how to sharpen knifes, how to properly cook: eggs, vegetables, pasta, rice, grains, beans, meat, poultry, seafood, grilling, stocks and soups, salads, quick breads, yeast breads & pizzas, cookies, fruit desserts, pies and custards. The fee for this class will be $450 with class limited to 6 people and text book included. Several spots are already taken, so please don’t miss out on yours! If you are interested, please contact me so I can pencil you in. Payment can be taken care of closer to class start date.
Can’t wait to cook with you!
